About Us

WE welcome you to our dance family! We have been dancing since 1994 under the Instruction of, Jamie Winter. WE are now under new management by Jalissa Worley, Daughter of Jamie Winter. Jamie was given this studio by her dance instructor Joyce Daniels, and she attends our dance recitals till this day. This studio is not just a studio. it is a legacy that has been passed down many generations and will continue to grow. We are certified by test to teach under Dance Masters of America by Joyce Daniels and Jamie Winter. Jalissa will be taking this exam soon but has been raised in Dance masters of America her whole life. We do it all! WE offer Combination Classes of Ballet/ Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics in our gym with spring floor. We also do lyrical, Contemporary, and musical Theater. Our Policies

Listed Below is the Studios Waiver/ Polices that we uphold every year at WCDS!

I hereby release The Underground and WCDS from all liability for personal injury, illness, or personal/property damage occurring on or off The Underground or Winter & Co. Dance Studio premises. I certify that I am in good health and capable of participating in all studio activities and classes.

I understand when paying with a card on the WCDS parent portal app I will be charged 2.75% for the card process charge. This is also a waiver stating that if you are an active student/ parent with WCDS in the current dance season you will be required to pay August- May tuition if you decide to quit anytime during the current dance season. You will also have a 200.00 drop fee added to your account to pay if you have decided to pull your child from WCDS at anytime during the current dance season. If a sister discount is given to your dancer/ cheerleader and you quit in the middle of the dance season the parent is to owe back that discount to WCDS as the remaining discount has not been used! Thank you!

I understand that copywriting WCDS logo, name, or letters on any bags, clothing, etc. without it being purchased in our store will be charged for using that logo that was not purchased from WCDS store. Our logo, name, and letters are our property to own. So, please do not use it for any reason. All WCDS merchandise will be sold on the online store on your parent portal/app. Also, a refund for any payment will not be given past the current dance season! If you overpay on your account and your child does not return the following dance year the studio will absorb any monies left on the account. Our dance season ends on June 1st.
