Jalissa Worley
Owner & Dance Instructor
Hello, and welcome to My Studio, WCDS! I Hope you love Dance as much as I do! I am a boy mom to my little buddy Bennett and married to the best guy around, David Worley. I am 29 years old, and I have taken dance since I was one, learning all dance genres ballet/pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Musical Theater, Acrobatics, and couple. I have taken Dance from many world-renowned instructors. I have danced out in our local town and competed in the art of dance my whole life, ATTENDING Dance masters of America, Encore, and More! I Am also a school teacher. I have an associate’s degree in general studies, bachelor’s degree in biology, and a master’s degree in education. I will soon be joining Dance maters of America to further my education in Dance!

Kayla Reynolds
Dance Instructor & Receptionist
Kayla is twenty years old, and she graduated high school in 2022. She started dancing when she was two years old and has always had a passion for it. She has experience with ballet, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, musical theater, and tumbling/acro. She has been with WCdS since 2023 and began teaching in 2024. She also works as a shift lead and barista at 7 brew coffee.

Megan Morgan
Dance Instructor
Megan is a former Winter and Company dancer, competition team member, and teacher with 30 years of experience in ballet, lyrical, acro, tap, jazz, and hip hop. She also taught at Elite Dance Academy in Phenix City, AL for 2 years. During the day, she is a Billing/Insurance Manager for Martin Dentistry. She holds an A.S in Health Science from Columbus Technical College and is also CPR certified.

Briley Barefield
Dance Instructor
Briley is 22 years old. She is an artist studying at etsu, planning to walk the stage in December 2026 with a bachelors degree in studio art. She started dancing when she was two years old and has loved it ever since. She was a member of the greeneville middle and high school dance teams, and danced many ballet productions. She is also experienced with childcare settings and is very excited to share her love for dance with the younger generations!

Raelynn Hensley
Dance Instructor
Raelynn is fourteen years old and is homeschooled. She works at depot nutrition, where she has learned the value of responsibility, hard work, and customer service. She has been dancing for about six years and has always had a passion for it. She loves continuing to grow as a dancer, learn new skills, and express herself through dance while sharing her love for it with others.

Kayla Key
Dance Instructor
Kayla is a senior in high school, and she started dancing at the age of 5. She has been apart of WCDS for 8 years now. She has dance on the WCDS competition team for 5 years, and she has also taken part in several school athletics. She is currently a cheer captain at her high school. She has volunteered at various events in the past for Kiwanis club of greeneville, life care center of greeneville, and Greene county partnership. She also attends Gethsmane church with her family.

Kassie Trentham
Dance Instructor
Kassie danced with the previous owner of WCDS (Jamie Winter) for about 14 years. SHe took ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and acrobatics. She has her Associates degree in General Studies from Walter’s State Community College. She also has her Bachelors in Nursing from Tusculum College and is also CPR certified. She is Currently working at Greeneville Community as an RN. She is married to her husband, Josh, and she has one daughter, mayleigh, who dances at WCDS.
